He was predeceased by: his mother Gretchen Edwards Sermon; and his siblings, Gretchen "Candy" and Harry. He is survived by: his father Richard Sermon, Sr.; his children, Jamaal Rashaad (Blandine) and Jenay Rolaunda (Kuthula); his wife Janet Mobley Sermon of Tallahassee; his child Darron Arnold; his grandchildren, Darron Jr., Amina, Jayden, Justin, Tyler, Isaiah and Ayanda; and his sisters, Cheryl Lott and Michelle Sermon-Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
