He is survived by: his wife Sherry Castleberry Rowe; his daughter Christine Harley Roberts (David) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Jalen Cooper Roberts and Harper Blake Roberts; his pets, Bailey and Ruby Rose; his daughter Gennelle Kimberly Selis (Scott) of Ormond Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Melody Jordan Selis Arnold (William) of Tallahassee, FL, Danielle Selis Jagodinski (Denny) of Dayton, OH and Justin Wilson Selis of Orlando, FL; his children, Mary Evelyn Rowe (Lynn Stackhouse) of Daytona Beach, FL and Mitchell Jack Rowe (Angela) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Anna Grace Rowe and Christian Thomas Rowe; his son Richard Jordan Rowe (Lori) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Jackson Porter Rowe and Caroline Jordan Rowe; his daughter Suzanne Rowe Blanchard (Joe) of Johannesburg; his grandsons, Henry Wilson Blanchard, George Rowe Blanchard and Charles Joseph Blanchard; his great grandchildren, Nancy Faye Jagodinski, Ella Jordan Jagodinski of Dayton, OH, Frances Faye Arnold and Elliott Jordan Arnold of Tallahassee, FL; his brothers, Henry Lamar Rowe (Anne) of Tallahassee, FL and Jack Alton Rowe (Bonnie Butler); and his granddaughter Esther Hill Blanchard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
