He was predeceased by: his parent Tampa. He is survived by: his wife Brianne; his children, Rick (Marilu), Robyn and Lauren (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Michael, Ariah and Anthony. He is also survived by six siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
