He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wiley Livingston (Mimi); his children, Rebecca Reese (Andy Reese), Julia Livingston, Robert Matthew Livingston and Andrew Livingston; his grandson Brandon Reese; his brother David Livingston (Barbara); his sibling's children, Lauri Livingston, Jennifer Schwartz (Larry) and David Livingston; his brothers-in-law, Samuel Wiley and Mark Wiley; and his nieces, Liz Wiley, Kelly Wiley Gibbs (Brandon) and Darci Wiley Jones.
