He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Owens and Adele Owens; his wife Brenda "Bo" Owens (Bo); his daughter Cyndi (Garry); his grandchildren, Robert Zeigler, Jr. (Jasmine), Sean Sarten and Elizabeth Sarten; his great grandchild Trey Zeigler; his brother Ron Owens (Pat); and his nieces, Robin, Patricia and Brooke Owens.
