He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Bell and Quentin Bell. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Mason Bell and Lydia Rojas; his granddaughter Isabelle Rojas; his siblings, Sylvia Petrandis (Michael), Thomas Bell (Barbara), Michael Bell (Marcie), Monica Burdette and Gloria Lay (George); and his brother-in-law Gerald Watson (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
