Roberta Renee White Carney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberta Renee White Carney of Tallahassee, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2026 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Gunter White and William White; and her siblings, William, Edward White and Pearl Chance.
She is survived by: her daughter Aldria Futrell (Gary); her grandchildren, Dan Richardson Jr. (Patrice), Ashante'Richardson-Hamilton (late Matthew) and Isaac Richardson; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Keyshawn, Kamari and Zaina; her nephews, Roscoe White, Selwyn White (Delores), Derek White (Regina) and Kenneth Chance II; her niece Dona Gunter; and her godson Arthur Stephens (AJ). She is also survived by grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, family and friends.
She also led a heartfelt clothing ministry where she recycled her own garments and collecting donations from family and friends to donate to various charities.
