He was predeceased by: his father Roy L. Thompson, Jr.; his grandmother Augusta DeMilly Turnley; and his sibling's children, Wyatt Lambeth and Amy Workman. He is survived by: his mother Patricia T Roberts; and his sisters, Sara Winn Giacobbe, Julie Feeney and Marian Lambeth.
