He is survived by: his wife JoAn Phillips; his daughters, Tami and Kim; his grandchildren, David (Jessica), Taylor (Khal), Hunter (Olivia), Connor, Leah, Brooklyn, Aubrey and Skyla; and his great grandchild Annabel (David).
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 2:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (1983 Mahan Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32308). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Barbara Memorial Cemetery.
