He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelis and Aafke of Kloet; his brother Kees of Kloet; and his son Rolf of Kloet. He is survived by: his wife Dineke; his children, Arne (Katherine), Ed and Annette (Eric); his daughter-in-law Marnie; his grandchildren, Jacob, Brett, Carmen, Josh, Skylar, Gabriela, Brinley and Myles; and his siblings, Sonja and Ron (Marian). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
While flowers are welcome, memorial contributions in honor of Siwo may also be made to the World Wildlife Fund or to the American Brain Tumor Association, causes that he felt passionate about.
