He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine M. Barger and Stephen James Barger, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Davis; his children, Lynn (Gerard) and Steve; his sister-in-law Sharron Reams; Brookdale. He is also survived by four grandchildren (spouses), six great-grandchildren.
