She was predeceased by: her son Austin James Hurt (Carl C. Hurt Jr); her sister Kathy Ferry; and her mother Helen Claire Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Amber Johnston (Jim) of Aston, PA and Ashley Hurt of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Riley and Conner Johnston of Aston, PA; and her sister Kristine Bulakowski (Driss) of Brooklyn, NY.
