He is survived by: his wife Deborah Matthias; his children, Thomas L Matthias Jr. (Hilary) and Megan L. Blommel (Richard); his grandsons, Frank and William Blommel; and his siblings, Eleanor Hester and Dan Matthias, Jr.. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and other loving family members.
