He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy M. Roberts and Eileen Roberts; and his friends, Matthew Ranftle and Doug Findlay. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Roberts and Kristen Roberts; and his girlfriend Lorraine Ghazarian.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tom's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a charity close to his heart.
