She was predeceased by: her parents, Diamond Gavin and Gertrude Gavin of Wakulla County; her siblings, Clarence Gavin, Gavin of Florida and Ruth Williams; and her son-in-law Tyrone McGriff, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband S. Senator Bob of Graham's West Point Academy Nominating Board; her sons, Wendell K. Rollins (Sintra) and Norman K. Rollins (Cheryl) of Tallahassee; her sister-in-law Geraldine Gavin of Tallahassee; her grandchildren, April McGriff, Tyrone McGriff, Jr. (Cashata), Lauren O'Toole (Jason), Nigel Todd, Keviron Rollins, Antonio Floyd (Kiyonna) and Timothy Floyd, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Tamia McSwain, Carrie McGriff, Tyrone McGriff, III, E'lodie O'Toole, Leonie O'Toole and Alonis Floyd.
Viewing will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Strong and Jones Funeral Home (629 W Brevard St, Tallahassee, FL 32304). A wake will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the New Bridge Hope Missionary Baptist Church (1282 Spring Creek Hwy, Crawfordville, FL 32327). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Old West Florida Enrichment Center (2344 Lake Bradford Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32310).
