He was predeceased by: his uncle Jeffrey Young; his father Walter Cullars; his brother Eric Cullars; his grandparents, Ellen Young, Mack and Georgina Cullars; and his nephew William Masila.

He is survived by: his mother Linda; his wife Deb; his children, Katelynn and Joseph; his daughter-in-law Anna; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jason, Cassidy and Hunter; his nieces, Nisa and Samantha; his nephews-in-law, Cesar and Kelepi; his aunt Georgia; his uncles, Wayne and David; and his cousins, Dena, Debbie and Kimberly. He is also survived by many friends, co-workers and brothers and sisters.
