Virginia E. Hassler Obituary
The memory of Virginia E. Hassler (Tallahassee, Florida), who passed away on July 16, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Virginia E. shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Virginia E. farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her son William; and her husband Alvin. She is survived by: her children, Robin Hassler Thompson (Dan) and Robert Hassler (Michele); and her grandson Austin. She is also survived by daughters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Bevis Funeral Home (200 John Knox Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (4665 Thomasville Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32309).
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Survive and Thrive Advocacy Center (STAC) and Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
