She was predeceased by: her father Charles; and her sisters, Margie Taylor and Elizabeth Clemons. She is survived by: her husband Ben Hart; her daughters, Beth Hartness (Adam Hurt) of Danville and Tina Joiner (Tony Hackney) of Woodville; her granddaughters, Joanna Hartness (Benjamin) of Greensboro, NC and Hannah Joiner of Tallahassee; and her great grandchild Marshall Hartness. She is also survived by brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions in Virginia's memory be donated to Shriners Children's Florida.
