It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Franklin Bruce (Tallahassee, Florida), born in Pavo, Georgia, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Richard Bruce and Emma Lea Williams Bruce; and his daughter Cynthia. He is survived by: his daughter Laural Bruce Arnaldo (Paul) of Tallahassee, FL; his grandchildren, Jacob Arnaldo and Emma Arnaldo; and his siblings, Kathy Bruce Romans (Danny) of Tallahassee, FL and Larry Bruce (Sue) of Crawfordville, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and good friends.
