He is survived by: his children, John Halpine of Deerfield Beach, Vincent Halpine of Tallahassee, Jodi Halpine of Deerfield Beach and Eileen Johnson (Kevin) of Tallahassee, Florida; his grandchildren, Abby Johnson, Audrey Johnson and Tanner Johnson; and his daughter Emma Diebler.
