She is survived by: her children, Neal Slone (Julie Kerker) and Beth Gruber; her son-in-law Philip; her sister Natalie Klamner; her grandchildren, Sarah Fuchs (Ilan) and Avi Slone (Rachel Ellinger); and her great grandchildren, Dina, Asher, Leah, Mendel, Emunah and Sheina.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:15 AM and at 12:15 PM at the Eternal Light Memorial Gardens (11520 FL-7, Boynton Beach, FL 33437).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carolyn's charity of choice, the American Cancer Society, or to a charity that holds personal meaning to you.
