He is survived by: his children, Susan Chernoff and Larry Chernoff; his granddaughter Jennifer Soto (Jesus); and his great grandchildren, Adriana Percopo, Briana Soto and Annabella Soto.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Levitt-Weinstein/Beth David Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Myelodysplastic Syndrome Foundation, in support of research and care for those affected by the condition.
