He was predeceased by: his son Randy Gurewitz. He is survived by: his wife Anna Gurewitz; his son Darin Gurewitz (Jodi); his grandchildren, Lance Gurewitz (Chana) and Lindsay Rosatone (Philip); and his great grandchildren, Menachem Mendel, Avraham Dovid and Avery Reese.
