He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis Sandhaus; his children, Douglas S. Sandhaus (Jody) and Stacey Faye Densen; his granddaughters, Phoebe Sandhaus, Eleanor Sandhaus and Sarah Penkovsky; his nieces, Diane Mintz and Helene Gibbon; and his nephew Howard Karten.
