He was predeceased by: his sister Sheila Feldman; and his parents, Hannah Stern and Charles Stern. He is survived by: his wife Alice Stern; his daughters, Caryn Altman (Michael) and Tobi Dickstein (Larry); and his grandchildren, Chana, Shmuel, Moshe (Sara), Akiva, Sarah and Sammy.
