She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Jeff Elman, Ilene Rubin and Jeffrey Horwitz; her grandchildren, Joshua Rubin, Tiffany and Bryan Kofsky; her child Hayden Horwitz; and her great grandchildren, Stephen Rubin, Lucas Rubin, Sarah Rubin and Daxton Kofsky. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
