She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lapinski and Vlady Lapinski (Dembrowski); and her sisters, Antoinette Rooney and Patricia Spanswick. She is survived by: her children, Karen Kemp (Andrew), Kathleen Ormsby Stahl and Waterman Guy Ormsby (Rochelle); and her grandchildren, Max, Madelyn Kemp, Kai Stahl and Emma Ormsby.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Adele's memory to Metropolitan Ministries, 2002 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL.
