He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Dr. Nandi Marshall and Anasa Troutman; his mother Ressie Fuller; his wife Denise Vazquez-Troutman; his stepchildren, Laura and Rafeal Vazquez; his son-in-law Randall Marshall; his grandchildren, Nasir and Kailee Marshall; and his brother Kenneth Troutman. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his closest friends.
