He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leon Wyatt and Princess Marguerite Wyatt (Bernatets). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Wyatt (Dukes); his sons, Richard Timothy Wyatt (Rosemarie) of Brandon, Michael Patrick Wyatt (Joann) of Dover and William John Wyatt (Dina) of Plant City; his sisters, Rosemarie'Babydoll' Huffman (Wyatt) and Boggs (Weldon); his grandchildren, Alissa Denise Verzone (Patrick), Robert Andre Wyatt (Jamey), Heather Nicole Farrell (Matthew), Corbin Thomas Wyatt and Anelise Mae Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Reed Kilpatrick Verzone, Jackson Thor Proctor Wyatt, Emery Reese Verzone, Bode Hulk Proctor Wyatt, Avery Grace Verzone, Hadley Maylene Farrell, Rosalie Brielle Farrell, Maximus Fury Wyatt, Zeke Falcon Wyatt and Amelia Josephine Farrell; and his nephews, Edward Olin Lee Huffman, Charles Richard Huffman and Donald Ray Huffman.
