He is survived by: his wife Alice Pia; his daughter Karen Lakin; his son-in-law Robert Lakin; his grandchildren, John Lakin, Jue and Jim Lakin; and his great grandchild Connor Lakin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
