He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Rodriguez and Esther Morejon; his wife Hilda Delgado of Rodriguez; and his brother Pedro Jose Antonio Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Argelio Efren Rodriguez, Jr., Francisco Eliseo Rodriguez of Tampa, FL and Hilda Ester Lloyd (Tom Campbell Lloyd) of Franklin, TN; his grandchildren, Lauren Sofia Lloyd, Christian Anne Lloyd, Jonathan Eliseo Rodriguez-Connelly, Max Riley Rodriguez and Layla Chey Rodriguez; and his siblings, Omelio Jesus Rodriguez of Miami, FL, Carmen Justa Garcia and Maria Teresa Massa of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Claver Catholic Church (1203 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33602). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
