She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Fittje and Lucille Fittje; her husband Rev. Norman Springer; her son Mark Benjamin; and her siblings, Dorothy, Carol and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Springer (Laurie) and Ruth Harrington (Doug); her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Hobbs (Seth), Sidney Springer and Sophia Douglas; and her siblings, Neil, Keith and Doris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church. A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oakside Cemetery.
