He is survived by: his children, David Joseph Springer, Michael Andrew Springer (Susan), Elizabeth Marie Springer, Susan Theresa Kelly (Richard), Sharon Rose Arrowood (David) and Arthur James Springer (Brenda). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
