She is survived by: her children, Michelle Lee Lewis Dodge (Jimmy) of Lakeland, FL and Brian Steven Lewis (Donna) of Holly Spring, NC; her grandchildren, Samantha Moylan, Kyle Lewis, Alexandra Lewis, Brady Lewis and James Dodge; her great grandchildren, Mariah, Addison and Kynleigh; and her siblings, Judy Brooks of Brenham, TX, Penny Masse of Winter Haven, FL and Johnny Collman of Winter Haven, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, an aunt, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in memory of Barbara Collman Palmer to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
