She was predeceased by: her parents, Geronimo Castro Gomez and Haydee M. Morieda; her husband Oscar Malcolm Maddox (Sonny); and her sisters, Haydee Carmen and Emma Iris.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Maddox (Yvonne), Jim Maddox (Pam), John Maddox (Jil) and Christy Good (David). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Maddox's honor to St Clement's Church, St Vincent de Paul 875 Highway 53 West SW, Calhoun, GA 30701.
