It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Frank Sullivan (Tampa, Florida), born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Sullivan, Jr. and Dulcie Ann Pitchford Sullivan; his brother Joe Richard Sullivan, Sr.; and his sisters-in-law, Betsy McGuirt and Lee Mazzullo.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Faye Varney; his sons, Joseph, Jeremy (Ashley) and Joshua (Erin); his grandchildren, Simone, Karinne, Elora, Josiah, Lydia Dulcie and Corban; his sibling's children, Richard Sullivan (Gloria), Daniel McGuirt (Autumn), Jonathan McGuirt (Malerie), Henry Mazzullo, Lorie Williams (Kevin), Brenda Lopiccolo, Courtney Varney and Jamie Mazzullo; his cousins, Helen Deffenbaugh, Sue Finch and Billy Wayne Pitchford (Lynne); and his brothers-in-law, Larry McGuirt and Chris Mazzullo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Open Hearts Helping Hands charity, continuing Bill's commitment to helping those in need.
