She is survived by: her brothers, Woodard C. Fowler, Mark E. Fowler, Bret S. Fowler and Randall Y. Fowler; her siblings' children, Jennifer Fowler Fitch and Marshall C. Fowler; and her great-nephew Austin Styer.
