He is survived by: his wife Toni Ann Derby; his children, Amanda Derby and Anthony Derby (Kadi); his grandchildren, Asher and Grant Derby; his siblings, John Derby (Jane), Dianne Trinka (Ron) and Christopher Derby; his stepmother Kathleen Derby; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Savino and Michael Capozzi. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces and many extended family members, friends.
