He was predeceased by: his father Harry Vaughn Lane. He is survived by: his mother Janet Dow; his stepfather Michael Dow; his sisters, Heather Lane Vanderveen (Marc) and Kelly Mayor (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Paige, Abby Vanderveen, Faith, Anamarie, Jude and Paul Mayor.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brian's memory to the Marfan Foundation or to Metropolitan Ministries.
