He is survived by: his parents, Mark Smith and Jane Sauro Crouch; his wife Tamara Kiehl-Smith; his sons, Hayden Mark Smith and Charles Grayson Smith; his siblings, Molly Wipert and Jesse Wipert; and his niece Marriana Everetts. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the TGH Cancer Institute in memory of Cameron Smith.
