She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman and Marguerite; her husband Byron James Norrie; and her siblings, Suzanne and James.
She is survived by: her children, Byron Jr., Susan, Laurie and David; and her brothers, Richard, Robert, Peter and Tim. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
