He was predeceased by: his parents, David Williams and Laura Williams; his siblings, James Bellany, Clarence Williams, Freddie Williams, Lewis Williams (Glen), Dorothy Green, Nellie Akins, Louise Williams and Mary Frances Montgomery; his wife Loretta Epps-Williams; and his children, Valarie Clinton-Appling (Arnold) and Wayne Williams (Sandra).
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Toni Mouling, Angela Miller, Fredrick Mouling and Donell Perry; his sisters, Doretha Williams, Mary Gunner and Josephine Parker; his sisters-in-law, Marion, Grace, Debra, Phyllis and Nometha; and his aunt Lenora. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
