He was predeceased by: his wife Judith K Mankamyer (Pile); and his parents, Wilbert D. "Dutch" Pile and Bernice Pile of Friedens, PA.. He is survived by: his son Alan Mankamyer; and his granddaughters, Kady Lohr, Abby Lohr, Lexi Mankamyer of Morgantown, WV and Ella Mankamyer of Davidsville, PA..
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Friedens Lutheran Church (131 S Main St, Friedens, PA 15541). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to memorialize Dave can be forwarded to the Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church, Somerset County Conservancy, or the Great Allegheny Passage Trail.
