It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Vail (Tampa, Florida), who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his mother Nancy Vail; his close friends, Watson and Emily; his father David Vail Sr.; his sons, Zachery O'Brien and Noah Vail; his sister Denise Scrivener; his godson Branden Scrivener; and his uncle Gene Fuller. He is also survived by relatives and cherished friends.

Family is requesting in honor of David's memory and in tribute to his long battle with diabetes that donations be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association.

I've had you on my mind for awhile, the last time we spoke was after your surgery, other than a sore foot you said you were feeling better! “Ms Vail, my thoughts, and prayers are with you, and your entire family. May God give you the strength, and peace during this difficult time. I had the pleasure of knowing David, and he was a very easy going, and humble person. David wanted nothing more, but to feel better again so he can get back to working in the medical field. He was so determined. He went back to school to obtain his master's degree which he did.. I personally will miss his office visits. We loved talking about our kids”
