He is survived by: his wife Anna McNeal; his sons, Dr. Delatorro McNeal II, Robert McQuay, Bobby McQuay and Michael McNeal; his siblings, Allen McNeal Jr., Ponce McNeal, Ellen McNeal, Bana McNeal and Valaria McNeal; his aunts, Janet Washington and Annie Dunelly; and his uncle Harris Napoleon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
