He is survived by: his parents, Jacqueline Lewis and Milton Lewis; his wife Kemba Lewis; his children, Julien, Jordin and Jayden; his brothers, Andre and Nigel; his father-in-law Denis; his siblings-in-law, Duane, Constance and Jessica; and his nieces and nephews, Mariah, Autumn, Miles and Micah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
