Elspeth Palmer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elspeth Palmer of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on November 21, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred John Murphy of East Boston and Jean Baker Murphy of Mission Hill; her in-laws, Dom and Jill; and her brothers-in-law, Steven and Dean.

She is survived by: her husband Nick; her children, Caroline Holstein (Andrew) of North Andover, John Palmer (Tessa) of Dornoch and Margaret Akers (Christopher) of Edinburgh, Scotland; her grandchildren, Henry, Charlie Holstein, Eilidh and Marie Palmer; and her siblings, Susan Murphy of Needham, Alfred Murphy of Needham, Jane Murphy of Needham and Gretchen Parchesky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
