He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Ray Girtman and Thurman Girtman; his wife Patricia Carol Jennings; and his brother Charles Girtman. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Fernandez and Tammie Girtman; his son-in-law Johnny Fernandez; his grandchildren, Ashley Fernandez, Allison Collera (Brian) and John Morgan Fernandez (Laura); his great grandchild Parker Fernandez; his friends, Navy and Ignacio Castro; his close friend Frank Stockin; and also James Girtman. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
