Flagler, Sr. and Charlie J. Shank; and her godchildren, Karla C. Elias and Vience Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Flagler, Sr. (Helen), Edward Shank (Yvette) and Todd Shank; her daughter-in-law Rose Marie Ballard; her daughters, Crystal Shank, Janice Shank, Lori Shank, Regina Shank and Sheila Shank; her grandchildren, Latrice Flagler-Mack (Michael, Sr.), Andre Flagler, Porscha Sims (Andrew), Keith Flagler, Jr., Shakeitha Flagler, Deborah McCorley (George-Mark), Sharon Rowe, JaCee Stennis, Jr. (Nikhole), Nicola Vincent (John), Melissa McCorvey (Lawrence), Walter Ballard (Tiffany), Jesse Ballard, Chawntay Woods (Allen) and Joya Ballard; her sister Kelly Doster; her nieces, Tonya Valdez Mahoney and Nesby; her great-nephews, Michael Valdez, Sr., Steven Valdez, Francisco Valdez and Rufus Beacham; and her godchildren, Jackie Gilley, La Nesha Holmes and Rhonda Truss. She is also survived by 41 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Revealing Truth Ministries (5201 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33603). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery (4615 E Hanna Ave, Tampa, FL 33610).
