He is survived by: his wife Maria Ocasio (Camacho); his children, Kerri (John), Danielle (Cary), Adam Sr. (Kori) and Philip; his grandchildren, Samantha (Michael), Adrian, Erika, Zach (Lauren), Mayah, Adam Jr., Gianna, Will, Brandi, Emalee, Nicole and Grady; his great grandchildren, Jace, Kade and Rhys; and his siblings, Mike, Johnny, Liliana and Gloria.
